Emergency

An emergency is an urgent or a pressing situation that needs immediate attention. Decisions taken in an emergency situation, usually involves critical issues of life and death.

In medical emergency, it can involve an acutely ill person who requires immediate medical attention. In disaster emergency, it is that situation in which immediate help/assistance is needed, either for you, for someone else or for an entire community or area.
